1.1 Account Creation

Before purchasing any products, please create an account via the “Create Account” page.

The information required to create an account is:
• Name
• Email address (we recommend using a PC email address)
• Password

Creating an account allows you to view your order history.

Please note that if you place an order without creating an account, you will not be able to view your order history or related order information.

Please also note that if you create an account after placing an order, previous order history will not be linked to your account and will not be viewable.

1.2 Registered Email Address

Please register using a PC email address whenever possible.

If you register using a carrier email address, such as docomo, au, SoftBank, etc., or an iCloud email address, emails from our store may not be delivered depending on your device or email settings.

Emails may also fail to arrive for the following reasons:
• Messages are filtered into your spam or junk mail folder
• Poor signal or connection issues at the time of delivery
• Insufficient inbox storage capacity

1.3 Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately.

If you live in an apartment or condominium, please make sure to include the building name and room number.

Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.

If reshipment is required, additional shipping fees may apply. The following conditions will apply:
• If the address issue is caused by the customer, such as long-term absence, incomplete information, or incorrect order details: the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
• If the address issue is caused by our company, such as an incorrect shipping destination: we will cover the reshipment cost.

1.4 Payment Methods and Payment Deadlines

The following payment methods are available:
• Credit card
• Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later)
• Smartphone payments: PayPay / Merpay

To use Paidy, please enter your phone number and email address on the Paidy payment screen.

Payment instructions will be sent at a later date by email or SMS. Please complete payment using the designated method by the 10th day of the month following your purchase.

1.5 Gift Wrapping

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping - thank you for your understanding.

1.6 Changes After Placing an Order

Due to limited inventory, we are unable to accept changes to size, colour, design, or other product details after an order has been placed.

We are also unable to apply coupons retroactively or change payment methods after checkout due to system limitations.

Please carefully check all order details before completing your purchase.

1.7 Fraudulent Purchases

Please note that even after an order has been confirmed, orders identified as fraudulent may be automatically cancelled.

2.1 Shipping Rates and Information

We ship worldwide from Japan.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate based on your shipping destination, and the applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

• Japan: ¥800
• Asia: ¥3,000
• UK and EU: ¥8,000
• North/Central/South America: ¥6,000
• Oceania: ¥6,500
• Middle East: ¥8,000

2.2 Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective products that meet the required return conditions.

Please note that the return period is limited. We kindly ask that you check your items as soon as possible after delivery.

3.1 Delivery for Orders Containing Multiple Items

If multiple items are purchased under the same order number, the order will be shipped once all items are ready for dispatch.

After you receive the shipping confirmation email, please use the tracking number provided to check the delivery status directly with the courier.

3.2 Shipping Fees: Standard Orders

Domestic shipping within Japan is charged at a flat rate of ¥800 nationwide.

Please note that orders placed separately cannot be combined into a single shipment.

International shipping fees are calculated separately depending on the destination region.

3.3 Shipping Fees: Reshipments

As a general rule, we are unable to resend items that have been returned to our warehouse due to incomplete or incorrect customer information provided at the time of order.

3.4 International Shipping

International shipping is available, although some regions may be excluded.

Please note that international shipments may take additional time to process and deliver.

In addition to the product price and shipping fee, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Please place your order only after acknowledging and accepting these conditions.

4.1 Product Condition and Appearance

Please note that product colours may appear slightly different from the images shown due to indoor lighting, lighting conditions, and the characteristics of your monitor or display.

Please make your purchase with this understanding.

1.1 アカウント作成について

商品をご購入いただく前に、「Create Account」ページよりアカウントを作成してください。

アカウント作成には、以下の情報が必要です。
・氏名
・メールアドレス（PCメールアドレス推奨）
・パスワード

アカウントを作成すると、ご注文履歴を確認することができます。

アカウントを作成せずに商品をご購入した場合、注文履歴などはご確認いただけませんのでご注意ください。

また、ご注文後にアカウント作成をしたお客様に関しても注文履歴などはご確認いただけませんのでご注意ください。

1.2 登録メールアドレスについて

登録いただくメールアドレスは、必ずPCアドレスをご入力ください。

ご登録いただいたメールアドレスがキャリアアドレス（docomo、au、softbankなど）やicloudアドレスですと、お客様の端末の設定により、メールが届かない可能性がございます 。

以下の理由により、メールが届かない場合がございます。
・迷惑メールフォルダへ振り分けられている場合
・受信拒否設定が有効になっている場合
・メールの受信設定に制限がある場合
・メールボックスの容量が不足している場合

1.3 配送先住所について

配送先住所の誤りが大変多くなっております。正確な記載および、マンション等の場合はマンション名、部屋番号までお忘れなくご記入いただきますようお願いいたします。 
注文確定後の配送先住所変更は承りかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

また、再配送となる場合、再送費用をいただく可能性がございます。それぞれ以下の対応とさせていただきますのでご了承ください。

• 長期不在や注文情報の誤入力などお客様に起因する住所違いの場合：お客様着払い
• 配送先間違いなど弊社都合に起因する住所間違いの場合：弊社元払い

1.4 お支払い方法とお支払い期限について

以下のお支払い方法をご利用いただけます。
・クレジットカード
・Paidy（あと払い）
・スマートフォン決済：PayPay／メルペイ

ペイディ(あと払い)の決済画面で電話番号とメールアドレスを入力いただき、ご購入いただけます。お支払いに関しては後日メールもしくはSMSが届くため、購入日翌月の10日までに指定の方法でお支払いください。

1.5 ギフトラッピングについて

ギフトラッピング対応は承っておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。

1.6 ご注文後の変更について

ご注文後のサイズ・カラー・デザインの変更は承ることができません。

また、クーポンの後付けやお支払い方法に関してもシステム上ご変更を承ることが出来ません。

ご注文情報に間違いがないか十分にご確認いただいた上でご注文をお願いいたします。

1.7 不正購入について

ご購入が確定しても、不正購入と判断された注文は、自動キャンセルされる場合がございますのでご了承ください。

2.1 商品の送料および配送について

日本から世界各国へ発送しております。
送料は配送先の地域に応じた一律料金となり、ご注文手続き時に適用される送料が表示されます。

日本：¥800
アジア：¥3,000
イギリス・EU：¥8,000
北米・中米・南米：¥6,000
オセアニア：¥6,500
中東：¥8,000

2.2 商品のキャンセル・返品ポリシーについて

お届けした商品が不良品の場合、返品可能な条件を満たしている場合に限り、返品が可能です。

返品可能期日には限りがございますので、商品到着後は必ず速やかに商品をご確認くださいませ。

3.1 複数商品をご注文いただいた際の配送について

複数の商品を同時にご注文いただいた場合は、ご注文いただいたすべての商品が発送可能な状態になり次第、まとめて発送いたします。

発送完了メールを受信されましたら、記載の追跡番号より配送会社のウェブサイトにて配送状況をご確認ください。

3.2 商品の送料について

日本国内の配送は、全国一律800円（税込）です。

別々にご注文いただいた商品につきましては、1つにまとめて発送することはできかねます。

海外配送料は、配送先の国・地域により異なります。

3.3 再発送時の送料について

原則として、お客様情報の不備や入力内容の誤りにより倉庫へ返送された商品の再発送は承っておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

3.4 海外発送について

海外配送をご利用いただけますが、一部地域につきましては配送対象外となる場合がございます。

海外配送につきましては、当ストア指定の倉庫から配送業者へ商品を引き渡した時点で発送完了とさせていただきます。

また、商品代金および配送料とは別に、関税や輸入税等が発生する場合がございます。これらの費用につきましては、商品到着時にお客様のご負担となります。

4.1 商品の状態について

撮影時の照明や閲覧環境、お客様のモニター・画面設定等により、実際の商品の色味が掲載画像と若干異なる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承のうえ、ご購入ください。
